The heroes need to intentionally botch the quest for the honorable swordsman without the necromancer betraying them.
The heroes must attack the asylum.
The heroes need to disobey the wishes of the flirtatious blacksmith without the murderess interfering or they will never know the meaning of the prophecy.
The heroes need to do the exact opposite of what is asked by the cruel cleric without the musician ruining everything or they will not be able to clear their names.
